I don't know what to say... I ordered online at 4:50 PM. It is now 7:10 PM. Still NO FOOD. NO RESPONSE. NOTHING.... They are not answering their phone. How do I make sure I get my refund?? I will NEVER use this site again.

Hello,I ordered online 2 hours ago and received a confirmation. My credit card was charged. I've tried to call 425-483-8929 since 5:30 PM and no one picks up. It goes to a fax machine on some of my attempts too. I'm concerned because its been 2 hours now. If my order was "lost" or didn't make it to you, I need to know that. Hi, This is Joey form Cascadia College, International Program.We are planning to celebrate Luna New Year with our International students.1. I would be wondering if we would be able to fit in 30-40 students?2. The date would be Feb 11 or 12 or 18 or 19, depends on which date you are able to fit in this amount of students.3.
